Quiet residential

An industrial and port city in the southern part of the coastal industrial zone with relatively many jobs. However, there is no railway, so a private car is effectively essential, and it is not within Tokyo commuting range.

Kamisu is an industrial and port city in the southern part of the Kashima coastal industrial zone. There is no station in the city, and Chiba's Sasagawa Station across the river is 6 km away, so a car is essential. Mito is 56 km and Ueno is 82 km, both far, so life is self-contained in the city and neighboring Kashima. There are many factory jobs, so many people live here for work, and rents and parking burdens are low.
