Commute & transport

A waterfront commercial and tourist district built on reclaimed land. Shopping malls, a seaside park and wide, open pedestrian paths are its strengths, but there is very little housing stock, so actual residences are concentrated in a few buildings, UR rentals and condominium towers for sale. The line is short and fares are expensive for the distance, so transport costs add up if you commute daily, and with few supermarket options, living costs also follow tourist-area prices.

It is a waterfront tourist and commercial district of Minato Ward served by the Yurikamome. It is famous as a date and sightseeing spot for its shopping malls, viewpoints and sea views. The line is limited so getting around the city center requires a transfer, and daily-life infrastructure is geared toward tourism. It suits those who want to enjoy an open waterfront view as part of daily life.
