Living in Soka

A neighborhood with a strong traditional character, known as a stop on Matsuo Basho's Oku no Hosomichi journey, for the nationally designated scenic Soka Matsubara pine-lined path, and for Soka senbei rice crackers. Through service from Kita-Senju on the Hibiya and Hanzomon lines runs into the city center's office districts with no transfer. Rents are cheap for the access to Tokyo, but keep in mind that everyday crimes such as bicycle theft rank near the top within Saitama Prefecture.

Soka is a hub in Soka City, Saitama, on the Tobu Isesaki Line (Skytree Line). It is a friendly provincial city famous for senbei, and its shopping streets are lively. Keep in mind that the lines are mostly the Isesaki Line. It gives access toward Kita-Senju and the city center, and with cheap rents it is easy on the budget for families and singles.
