Living in Tsubame-Sanjo

Shinkansen commuting. It is about 12 minutes to Niigata Station by Shinkansen, and you use the Joetsu Shinkansen and the JR Yahiko Line.

A Shinkansen station in an area where the metalworking industry is concentrated. It is ten-odd minutes by Shinkansen to Niigata Station, so the commute is short for the distance. Rents are far lower than in the city and it is easy to get spacious units. However, once you leave the station, a car is almost essential for daily life.
