Living in Niigata-Daigakumae

A university town and international students' area. It is about 20 minutes to Niigata Station, and you use the JR Echigo Line.

A student neighborhood with a station in front of the main gate of Niigata University. Studio units and student apartments are concentrated here, so rents are among the lowest in the city. With many international students, inexpensive restaurants and household goods stores are in place. It is twenty-odd minutes by train to the center of the city, so it is a little far unless you are commuting to school.
