Living in Hiyoshi

A neighborhood in northern Yokohama with a mix of students and families, beside the Keio University campus. With the Toyoko and Meguro lines plus the subway Green Line overlapping, you can reach Shibuya, and Otemachi via the through service on the Meguro Line, without transferring, so commuting to work and school are both convenient. Shopping streets are lively and safety is generally unproblematic, but you should keep in mind the hilly terrain and the noise from student foot traffic.
