The largest transfer station in southern Nagoya, where six lines meet. The Meitetsu through limited express reaches Chubu Centrair International Airport in 25 minutes or less without a transfer, so airport access is excellent. Even compared with Sakae and Nagoya Station, it is a location where transit convenience is actually better.

This is a huge transfer station in southern Nagoya where JR, Meitetsu and the subway Meijo and Meiko lines meet. With direct service to Chubu Centrair International Airport (Centrair) and good access to the city center and every direction, plus commercial facilities around the station and reasonable rents, you can have both transit and good value, so demand from office workers is high. However, as a transportation hub it has heavy foot traffic and the area around the station is somewhat hectic. It is a practical area for office workers who commute or travel on business often or who value airport access.
