Aichi's Akihabara, with about 1,200 stores, an electronics district and subculture street, and a multinational commercial area where Turkish, Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese and Brazilian food mingle. Sakae is a few minutes away by subway, so access to the city center is good too. Naka Ward has the most recorded crimes in the city, but some also say that since this is a figure that reflects the foot traffic of the entertainment district, it does not feel as bad as the statistics suggest.

This is Nagoya's youth and subculture street, beside Osu Kannon and the Osu shopping street. Vintage shops, an electronics district and multinational food are mixed together, making it lively, and dining and shopping prices are reasonable for the city center, so you can enjoy both individuality and good value. However, the narrow alleys are always crowded and the noise and bustle typical of an entertainment district divide opinions. With Sakae and Kanayama close by, it is popular with young people and single households who want both liveliness and practicality.
