Living in Minatomirai

A super-high-rise apartment neighborhood in Yokohama's waterfront redevelopment district, with views of Landmark Tower and the Ferris wheel. One line runs through to the Tokyu and Fukutoshin lines, so you can reach Shibuya and Shinjuku without transferring. Night views, scenery and new large floor plans are top-grade, but rents are very high and, because it was originally designed as a business and commercial district, even going to a supermarket takes some resolve, which you should know before moving in.

There is only one line, rents are high and shops close to daily life are few. Even so, you can enjoy a stylish waterfront life where well-kept high-rise housing and cultural facilities come together.
