Living in Kanazawa-Hakkei

A university-town residential area in southern Yokohama by the sea. Keikyu Rapid Limited Express trains stop here and Yokohama is within 20 minutes, and with university campuses clustered the demand from students is large, so rents are among the cheaper ones even in the Yokohama area. A calm area near the sea and universities, it has good access to Keikyu Rapid Limited Express trains. It is a quiet location far from central Yokohama and Tokyo. Connected to the waterfront area by the Seaside Line, you can enjoy a relaxed coastal atmosphere and reasonable rents.
